Everyone must have a ticket to enter. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the MPAC.
Purchasing Tickets
Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com any time and from the box office by phone or in person Tuesday – Friday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Cash and major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
The Montgomery Performing Arts Centre is a Ticketmaster facility.
We can only honor event tickets purchased directly through Ticketmaster. Tickets bought from individuals or third party sites (StubHub, Vivid Seats, Vivint, etc.) may not be valid. If you purchase tickets through those sites or individuals you risk purchasing invalid tickets. To guarantee that your ticket will be honored, you must purchase through Ticketmaster online, by calling 800-745-3000 or in person at a Ticketmaster outlet.
Why can't I buy from somewhere else?
If there is a problem with your ticket, the only way that we can look it up in the ticketing system is if it was purchased from Ticketmaster. You must be able to show identification that matches the name on the ticket, show the account number that was used to purchase the ticket or show the credit card that was used for purchase. It is possible for the purchaser of valid tickets to transfer them to another buyer through Ticketmaster.com or the Ticketmaster app.

The box office will open two hours prior to events. Seating will open one hour before the event start time.

Seating for patrons with special needs is available upon request through the MPAC Box Office. Our policy is to sell one special need ticket with one companion seat together. Please let our staff know your needs at the time of your purchase.

North (From Birmingham, AL)
Take I-65 South to Exit 172 for Clay Street towards downtown. Turn right at Clay Street and then take a sharp right at Oak Street. Turn right at Bell Street and continue on to Tallapoosa Street. MPAC is located at 201 Tallapoosa Street.
East (From Auburn, AL)
Take I-85 South to Exit 1 and merge on to South Union Street. Turn left at Madison Avenue and Continue on Bibb Street. Turn right at Commerce Street. Turn Left at Tallapoosa Street. MPAC is located at 201 Tallapoosa Street.
South (From Mobile, AL)
Take I-65 North to Exit 172 for Herron Street. Take a Slight left at North Holt Street followed by a slight right at Bell Street. Continue to Tallapoosa Street. MPAC is located at 201 Tallapoosa Street.
West (From Meridian, MS)
Take I-85 South and merge onto I-20 East/I-59 North via the ramp to Macon/US-45/Tuscaloosa. Take Exit 1 toward Cuba/US-80 East/Demopolis. Turn right at AL-8 East. Turn right at AL-22/Broad St/US-80-BR. Continue to follow US-80-BR and take a slight left at AL-41 South/US-80 East. Merge onto I-65 North via the ramp to Montgomery/Birmingham. Take Exit 172 for Herron Street. Turn slight left at North Holt Street followed by a slight right at Bell Street. Continue to Tallapoosa Street. MPAC is located at 201 Tallapoosa Street.
